Construction Zone offers bootcamp style workout classes. These classes are performed outside and include cardiovascular work along with resistance training. These classes are designed to develop a team atmosphere helping people learn how to work together to achieve a goal. The class is offered at 9:00 am every Saturday morning rain or shine. SMALL GROUP WORKOUTS
We offer two small group training programs; a women's only class and a men's only class. The groups meets twice a week and the workouts combine cardiovascular exercise and resistance training.
