  Pete Grubbs is an ex-Washington state high school and college athlete who uses his love for competition and coaching to help people reach their best physical potential.  Pete realized his passion for personal training and weight loss coaching in 1996 while working at a Max Muscle retail store in Albuquerque NM.  In 1999 an opportunity arose for Pete along with a small group of partners to move back to the Northwest and share his knowledge.   Since 1999 Pete has continued to work with many different clients to help them achieve their physical fitness goals. Pete has had the opportunity and honor to work with all level of athletes from young athletes looking to learn to Pro athletes looking to be the best, to the "average" joe wanting to be healthy and strong. 

 

Pete is available for a variety of services including personal training, weight loss counseling, and bodybuilding posing. When you come in to meet with Pete you will receive an honest and upfront analysis of what you need to do to achieve your goals.

Zoe Feuerstein -Independent trainer

   Zoe is a independent personal trainer at CZ Fitness.  Zoe is a certified Personal Trainer through A.C.E (the American Council of Exercise) and a National level Physique Athlete of Fitness Bikini Bodybuilding, with a psychology degree from the University of Washington.  She has trained clients with a variety of goals: from weight loss, toning up, training for 5k’s, mud runs, to athletic conditioning for sports.  She specializes in healthy weight-loss by adding lean muscle, increasing strength, and pushing her clients to become their personal best.
   When Zoe trains a client her goal is to help you meet YOUR own unique goals and to educate and empower you to achieve and maintain your goals.  Zoe’s training style focuses on creativeness, effectiveness, and innovation that will create results.

Apple Grubbs, the other half of Construction Zone, is a certified personal trainer with a BS degree in Nutrition from Bastyr University.  Apple has been a certified personal trainer for fifteen years and works with a wide variety of clients from mothers to elite athletes.   Apple worked in retail management with Converse Shoes before coming to Bellevue with Pete.

 

Apple kept active by lifting weights at the gym, following her award winning High School sprinter experience. When you work out with Apple you will receive friendly and personalized attention. She will work with you to find out the best way for you to achieve your goals. As a recent graduate and mom she understands what it is like in the busy world we live in.

 

Apple is also available to work with you one on on or in a group setting.  She will sit down with you and help you come up with a way to balance out your life while achiveing your fitness and health goals. 

Mehdi Ansari- Independent Trainer

   Mehdi has always has had a passion for fitness. Over the past several years he has  acquired the knowledge and experience in helping people of all ages achieve healthier lifestyles, weight loss, and muscle development. He has a thorough understanding in particular ailments such as arthritis, Diabetes, injuries, physical limitations, rehabilitation, and have specialized in sport specific training. He is always expanding his knowledge in the newest sciences in exercise, health, and diet. He is truly passionate about what he does, and helping others achieve their goals in a safe and effective manner.  Mehdi is NSCA certified.
