CZ Fitness is a privately owned personal training studio. It was founded in 2006 by Pete and Apple Grubbs. Cz Fitness is located just off of the I-90 freeway in Issaquah WA. Pete and Apple have built a business with the motto of everyone deserves an opportunity to feel strong and powerful. Personal Training

Come in and work with one of our experienced personal trainers. We offer one on one sessions and small group sessions. Each workout will be tailored to you as the indivual.

Nutrition

CZ Fitness offers nutrition counseling, designed to help you develop a healthy lifestyle while achieving the goals you want. We can help you lose weight, tone up, build muscle, lower blood pressure, you name it.

Health and Wellness Coaching

A health coach is who you call when your Dr says you need to lower your cholesterol, or you are pre diabetic and you need to lose weight, or you have a heart condition and need to change your habits.

Competition Posing

CZ Fitness offers coaching for all levels and divisions in both NPC and WNBF. We have coaches that have been coaching for over 20 years. If you are looking for someone with many years of experience this is your place.

Massage

Patricia B. LMT has over 20+ years practicing Medical / Physiotherapy style massage. She is passionately committed, and innovative in creating both long-term and recovery solutions for her clients.
