At CZ Fitness we have the tools you need to build all muscle groups. Our personal trainers have a diverse background in training.  We are always coming up with new and creative ways to work the body.  Our goal is to find a workout program that keeps you wanting more.  At CZ Fitness we will design a workout that is specifically tailored for your goals.  We can help you build muscle, get leaner, and tone up.  We offer both one hour and 30 minute sessions.    

        

PAY AS YOU GO

  • 1-4 sessions $70 each

  • 5-8 session $65 each

  • 9-12 sessions $60 each

  • 12 or more sessions $55 each​​

                                      *independent contractors set their own rates

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS

  • For $250 a month you will receive four personal training sessions a month. 

  • For $500 a month you will receive 9 personal training sessions a month.
