YOUTH SPORTS TRAINING
Group training available to all kids from 8-18. Each session is for one hour. At these sessions the kids will be working on agility, flexibility, conditioning, and core and hip strength. All athletes are welcome. We will group like sports together.
Coach Pete Grubbs
Pete is a certified personal trainer with over 25 years of experience working with athletes. As a young man Pete played football and baseball and spent some time wrestling. During his adult years he has learned how to apply his knowledge of how the body works and his knowledge of playing sports to develop a program to help young people become better, stronger, and more balanced athletes.
